WestCoast Church provides a Christ-centered, Bible-believing spiritual platform. This encompasses physical and digital sermon delivery, interactive online livestreams, WestCoast Life Group communication vectors, auxiliary youth and children’s developmental programs, and centralized charitable giving portals.

• Ministry Media & Livestream Conditions: Audio-visual media broadcasts, online sermon feeds, virtual prayer forums, and general text resources hosted via 941-776-2422 or https://mywestcoast.church/ are provided solely for personal spiritual enrichment, theological study, and localized community fellowship. WestCoast Church reserves the right to modify livestream schedules, alter archive availability windows, or regulate chat interface standards on corporate channels at its absolute discretion.
• Charitable Contributions & Electronic Tithes: Financial contributions, tithes, mission pledges, or building fund donations initiated online or via mobile apps are processed using secure third-party financial merchant pipelines. In strict accordance with United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations governing unconditional charitable giving to 501(c)(3) entities, all finalized tithes and donations are immediate, absolute, and non-refundable. WestCoast Church provides annual integrated contribution statements for voluntary personal tax documentation purposes.
• WestCoast Life Groups & Voluntary Interactivity: Joining a WestCoast Life Group or participating in interactive fellowship paths involves collaborative community participation. Participants assume full personal responsibility for maintaining mutual respect, personal integrity, and emotional safety within private dwellings or digital group rooms. The church disclaims liability for personal interpersonal disputes or private property occurrences taking place outside of official ministry campus limits.

3. Intellectual Property, Copyright, & Media Capture Waivers

All creative theological content, unique sermon illustrations, structural logos, music compositions, visual media recordings, and written materials displayed on our web properties are protected under active copyright and trademark regulations.

• Media Release Notice: WestCoast Church regularly records, photographs, and livestreams corporate assemblies, youth programs, and community events on our physical campus at 11750 US HWY 301. By physically entering the sanctuary spaces, worship courts, or adjacent exterior ministry parcels, attendees grant WestCoast Church an absolute, irrevocable, royalty-free license to utilize their visual likeness, vocal tracking, or parental accompaniment in future institutional broadcasts, digital archives, and promotional publications.

4. Severe Florida Weather & Facility Operations

While we pursue organizational excellence across every area of ministry, WestCoast Church is legally exempt from programmatic updates, service delays, or structural assembly cancellations caused by:

• Heavy regional transit friction unique to Florida highway channels and regional transit sectors (including US-301, I-75, and local arterial thoroughfares).
• Severe regional weather parameters (including tropical storm shifts, high-velocity lightning events, localized flash flooding, or state-mandated evacuation orders) that threaten the physical safety of families on our campus or disrupt utility grids.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of WestCoast Church for any administrative error, calendar modification, operational oversight, or digital service disruption shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial transactional sums paid by the user to access that explicit standalone event module or auxiliary material catalog. The church assumes no liability for external personal device issues, localized network drops, or secondary personal interactions occurring outside our immediate corporate parameters.
